What CSV do you use?
It runs on your monthly national insurance claims data. We'll walk you through what data you need to confirm at setup, based on how your organization currently operates.
How long does setup take?
It varies by organization size and number of facilities, but once the initial confirmation and setup are complete, you can operate going forward starting from your monthly CSV upload. We'll walk you through the details during your consultation.
Can it be used across multiple facilities?
Yes. It supports adding facilities, and is designed for easy headquarters-level comparison and oversight. For organizations with 31+ facilities, we offer an individualized plan.
Can I adopt only LIFE Utilization, or only Management Analytics?
Yes. Each system can be adopted independently. The Management Analytics + LIFE set is also available for organizations that want end-to-end visibility into both management and care.
